Qualification

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or
• An equivalent qualification from any University or Institute recognized by Government or
• An Associate Member of Institution of Engineers of India in Electrical Engineering
• must have Knowledge of Odia for reading/writing/speaking and have
  1. Passed Middle school examination with Odia as a Language subject or
  2. Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subjects or
  3. Passed in Odia as a language subject in the final examination of class VII or
  4. Passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by the school or Mass Education Department.
