Age Limit Criteria (As on 01/08/2020)

• For General Categories: 26 Years
• OBC: 29 Years
• SC/ST/Dependents of those who died in the riots of 1984 (Dep1984)/Persons domiciled in Kashmir Division of Jammu & Kashmir State from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989 (Dom Kashmir): 31 Years
• Age relaxation applicable as per rule

Pay Scale

• Level 10 – ₹ 56,100 of the 7th Central Pay Commission Pay Matrix

Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) / 5-year Integrated M.Tech. with a minimum of 60%* aggregate marks in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Chemical, Metallurgical, Computer Science, Instrumentation and Nuclear Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institute.
• Valid GATE-2019 or GATE 2020(to be uploaded after the commencement of GATE 2020 result) score-card [Applicable for those who has opted for GATE mode of selection]
